New Year, new heath resolutions - Thank you to Yasmine our Treasurer, for our chair yoga and barre session this evening. What Is Chair Yoga? It is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance and makes the practice more accessible. The practice still focuses on the same core principles: focusing on your breath, paying attention to your thoughts, and staying in the moment. Some great advice for all of us to take on board whilst sitting for hours at our desks!
