After the success of out January meeting, so many of our members wanted Chef Alex Connell back that he kinds agreed to do a second Zoom meeting for us.
Alex works for Vegetarian for Life, which is a UK charity which supplies advice to hospitals, nursing homes etc, regarding nutritious meals for vegan and vegetarian patients and residents.
Alex cooked a 3 course meal in 45 minutes, it was such a pity, as he was on Zoom, that we couldn't taste or smell it! Afterwards a few of our members tried the recipes for themselves and really enjoyed them.
