This month we welcomed Sally Mabey a fellow WI member from Monmouth WI, Glamorgan Federation, who delivered a very interesting Zoom talk about her experiences as a competitor on Eggheads along with four other WI members and won £11,000! Following this performance she was invited to take part in Mastermind and one of her specialist subjects on Mastermind was the WI!
She gave us an insight into behind the scenes proceedings. As Sally said it is amazing where the WI can take you even to being part of a WI team on Eggheads!
